Frequently Asked Questions
What are sustainable spirits and ciders?
Our sustainable beverages are produced with a commitment to the environment and social responsibility. We use fruits that would otherwise be discarded, transforming them into high-quality beverages. The production process prioritizes the reduction of waste, the efficient use of natural resources such as water and electricity, and the minimization of environmental impact. By choosing our beverages, you enjoy a tasty product and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Do the drinks contain additives or preservatives? How should they be stored?
No. The production and bottling process guarantees the preservation of our drinks.
What is the origin of the fruit used to produce spirits and ciders?
We give priority to fruits from local traders, which due to their appearance are not sold in shop windows. However, they are valuable to our process, being treated and prepared carefully from the source to the bottle.
What other sustainable components do you use?
Top priority is given to materials that are recycled. In the absence of an alternative, we use recyclable materials.
Disposable materials are avoided at all costs!
Are the fruits used organic?
The fruits we use are of mixed origin: organic and conventionally produced. Given that the market for conventionally produced fruit is more widespread and produces a greater amount of waste, this type of fruit has a higher percentage of use in our production process.
What is the beverage production process?
The process begins with the selection of fruits, which are prepared, cut and pressed. This is followed by a fermentation phase under controlled conditions, to ensure the desired flavor profile.
If the drink is cider, its process ends after fermentation and is bottled.
In the case of brandies, they go through the distillation stage, carefully monitored by our specialists. Then, depending on the type of brandy, it may or may not be aged in wood and/or bottled.
How should I store drinks?
By their nature, our drinks are naturally preserved by keeping them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
